Privacy notice

Privacy

Short version: we don’t track you, we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and the routine builder doesn’t store your answers.

Last updated 4 October 2026.

Cookies

Visitors to this site get no cookies at all — no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie the site ever sets is a strictly necessary session cookie for the site owner when signing in to the private admin area (it keeps them signed in and protects forms against forgery). It is limited to the admin pages.

The routine builder and product filters

Your answers are sent as part of the page address (for example /routine/?type=curly) so the page can be built. We don’t save them, link them to you, or use them for anything else. Like any website, our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, page requested, browser type and time) for security and fault-finding; these are kept for a limited period and not used to profile visitors.

Links to other websites

Links to other sites go through a short redirect on our site (/go/…). For affiliate links we count the click — which link, when, and which of our pages it was on — but we don’t record who you are. Once you arrive at another site, such as Amazon.co.uk, that site’s own privacy policy and cookies apply. Amazon may use cookies to recognise that you arrived from our link.

Videos

If a page shows a video, nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) service and Google’s privacy policy applies.

Fonts and images

All fonts, images and scripts are served from this website. We don’t load anything from third-party servers when you view a page.

Email

If you email us at hello@feelgreathairandscalp.co.uk, we use your email address and message only to deal with your enquiry, and delete them when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
